Power BI in always-on rotation on your screens

Power BI on TVs and other screens, the simple and secure way

Connect your Microsoft account, build a report presentation, pair the TV in minutes. No public link, no TV sign-in, no headache.

7-day trial, no credit card. No lock-in. Cancel anytime.

How it works

Three steps from sign-in to TV

Open the player on any screen, confirm the code it shows, and revoke access anytime from the dashboard.

  1. 1

    Sign in with Microsoft

Standard OAuth2 sign-in. Your Power BI permissions come along — no access management in two places.

  2. 2

    Build the presentation

Pick one or more reports. Choose which pages enter the rotation and how long each one stays on screen.

  3. 3

    Pair the TV

Open the pbisignage player on your screen — it shows a code. Confirm it in the dashboard, pick a presentation, and let it run.

Why pbisignage?

Build the presentation using multiple reports

Built to keep running around the clock, without exposing your data to search engines or locking you into a contract.

Presentations with multiple reports

Build presentations using pages from multiple reports. Arrange them however you want.

Multiple presentation settings

Set how long each page stays on screen, configure visual refresh intervals, show or hide the page tabs, filter data within pages, and much more.

Player with no TV sign-in

The TV doesn’t authenticate anything — it shows a code you confirm from the admin dashboard. Access control stays entirely in the dashboard.

Power BI permissions inherited

You can build presentations according to your existing report permissions in the Power BI account. All access security is preserved and inherited.

No public link, no indexing

Each TV gets a short-lived embed token. No public URLs leaking reports to internet search engines.

Cancel anytime

No lock-in. Switch plans or cancel with ease. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Frequently asked

Before using the platform

Do I need a paid Microsoft Power BI account to use pbisignage?
Yes, partly. pbisignage uses inherited permissions. Any report your Microsoft account sees in Power BI works here. Power BI Free accounts only see the personal workspace — that's a Power BI rule, not ours.
How does TV pairing work?
Open the pbisignage player on your screen — it shows a code. In the dashboard, go to Sync, enter that code, pick a presentation, and the screen starts playing. No typing codes on a TV remote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard under Account → Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then locks automatically. No penalty and no hassle.
What happens when the trial expires or a payment fails?
The TV shows a 'subscription expired' screen and stops showing reports. You don't lose presentations or pairings. Subscribe or settle the account whenever you want, and everything resumes exactly where it was.
Are the reports public on the internet?
Never. Each TV gets a short-lived embed token (auto-renewed by the player every ~50 minutes). No public URLs, no Google indexing, and revoking the TV invalidates access immediately.
Which TVs and devices are supported?
Any device with a recent Chrome, Edge, or Safari — smart TVs, Windows/Linux mini PCs, Mac — plus native apps for Samsung TV and Android TV (search “PBI Signage” in the TV’s store).
Do you issue invoices?
International customers receive Stripe's standard invoice including their Tax ID (in USD). For Brazilian customers we issue NFS-e with the CPF or CNPJ you supply at checkout.
What languages do you support?
Dashboard available in English, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Italian, German, French, Dutch, and Arabic. Email support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, on business days.
